Controller Pack Images

ADSC Controller's Pack Initiative.

ACES has been at the forefront of helping the Amusement Devices Safety Council in the designing and rolling out a recognised format of a document pack for showmen. Once completed a showmen would have their own unique version of this Controller Pack which would contain all their relevant safety and operating documents in one tidy place.

Experience has found that Showmen at present encounter a differing degree of requests for documents when dealing with local authorities, safety groups and event organisers. The belief is that by encouraging a standard format of industry recognised documentation pack that this should make the process harmonised and easier.

Initially, this involves the circulation within the industry of a trial beta version Controller Pack and to invite Showmen to undertake and give opinion upon in this infancy period. The Beta Version 1 of the Pack which has editable samples can be downloaded here Controller Pack beta Version 1,  The file is password protected. This is to show that a QR code that is linked to a 'Cloud' hosted version of the pack can be displayed at fairs. but still be secure from unauthorised viewing.  Please contact us to obtain the password.

A new special Youtube channel with tutorial videos has been created as well to show showmen how to edit the pack with their own documents. To view the overview introduction video please click here ADSC Controller's Pack Overview tutorial video.

More information can be found on the ADIPS/ADSC news page.
